Return Policy

If you received the wrong items or a defective product, email info@everlyfashion.co.uk so we can resolve it for you.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, resaleable condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be eligible for a full refund of the item(s) price. Return shipping costs are not included. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used or not in their original condition.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging (including all tags/labels).

  • Return shipping is at your expense.

  • Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.

  • Use a trackable, insured postal service; Everly is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

  • Ensure your return request is approved before sending—unapproved returns may not be processed.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Email info@everlyfashion.co.uk with your order number, email address, and reason for return to receive approval.
Step 2: Send the items to the return address provided in our approval email. Please include a Track & Trace code; as the sender, you are responsible for the shipment.
Step 3: Receive your refund. After we receive and verify your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within five business days.
